End stop plates for KBR-TT Twin Track Conveyors are manufactured from 8mm mild steel plate and are designed to fit securely at the end of the conveyor. These end stops are ideal for use at the bottom of declines or at take-off points, providing a safe method to stop pallets rolling off the conveyor.
The end stop plates sit 15mm above the roller height, acting as a block to secure pallets while remaining low enough to allow pump trucks to lift pallets over the stop. This design ensures functionality and safety in industrial settings.

- For wider-pitch conveyors, the end stops can be installed without removing the end roller.
- A single end stop plate fits one lane only; for twin tracks, two end stops are required to secure both sides of the pallet.
- Additional end stops may be needed for systems with multiple lanes.
