The standard Poly-V belts, available with 2, 3, or 4 ribs, showcase exceptional performance, allowing for a transfer of double the amount compared to a comparable round belt-driven roller conveyor, even with double ribbed elastic belts. Each roller with beading has a maximum load capacity of 300 N due to the low driving force of the round belt. The grooved conveyor rollers are versatile, accommodating various round drive belt diameters, suitable for Lineshaft and 24V DC Motorised Roller Conveyors. They come with zinc-plated steel or stainless steel tubes, with diameters ranging from 35mm to 60mm, offering options for single or double grooving. Anti-static construction is a standard feature.
