Roller Details

Skatewheel Conveyor Roller Specifications

Our skatewheel conveyors feature individual skatewheels laid out across a spindle for smooth and efficient material handling. We offer two options: blue PVC and BZP steel skatewheels.

Skatewheel Specifications:

BZP Steel Skatewheels:
- 48mm diameter, 15mm width
- Load capacity: 20kg
- Operating temperature: -30°C to +140°C
Blue PVC Skatewheels:
- 48mm diameter, 16.8mm width
- Load capacity: 15kg
- Operating temperature: 0°C to 80°C
- Optional: Available with stainless steel bearings for use with a stainless steel spindle, making them ideal for food and pharmaceutical-grade conveyors.

Robust Design and Support:

Rollers are positioned 10mm above the frame line and bolted securely into the frame with a single spindle, machined at both ends.
For conveyors over 400mm wide, a central support is included to reduce axle deflection, with multiple supports used for wider units, such as those up to 1200mm.

Easy Maintenance and Spares:

Spare skatewheels can be purchased directly through our online shop, allowing for quick replacements and minimal downtime.
