Built in the UK, every KCB40 features an aluminium conveyor bed paired with a robust powder-coated mild steel support frame, finished in RAL 7035 light grey. The 40mm deep low-profile frame allows the conveyor to integrate easily into compact spaces and tight production lines where larger units cannot fit.
The conveyor is available in lengths from 0.5 metres up to 10 metres, in 0.5m increments, providing flexibility to suit a wide range of layouts. Belt widths range from 36mm up to 596mm, adjustable in 40mm steps. Customers can select between durable black PVC belts for general use, or FDA-approved white PU belts for cleanroom, food, or pharmaceutical handling.
Each unit is fitted with machined mild steel drive and tail rollers, both 40mm in diameter, to ensure smooth transfer of products with minimal disruption. A tracking guidance system built into the drive rollers reduces belt movement and wear, helping to extend the service life of the conveyor.
Motorised drive units are available from 0.12kW to 0.37kW depending on conveyor length and load requirements, running at a standard speed of 10 metres per minute, with custom speed variations available on request.
