Returns Policy

1. Authorisation
All returns must be authorised in writing by the Company. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

2. Special Orders
Special orders, including custom conveyor systems and components, are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are specifically manufactured to meet the unique specifications of each customer and cannot be resold or repurposed.

3. Return Period
Returned products must be received by the Company within 30 days of the original shipment date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

4. Restocking Fee
A restocking charge of 35% will apply to all returned products. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

5. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Repayments will be issued only after a thorough inspection to ensure the products are in their original, unused condition. Any damage, alterations, or signs of use due to the Buyer's negligence will result in deductions from the repayment amount or may lead to the rejection of the return.

6. Shipping Costs
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the products to the Company. These costs are non-refundable.

7. Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at sales@conveyorsections.co.uk or 01952 583 837 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

8. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to special orders, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way
  • Custom-fabricated parts or modifications
  • Items not in their original packaging

9. Refund Processing
Refunds for authorised returns will be processed within 14 business days after the Company has received and inspected the returned products. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees and deductions for damage.

10. Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted. If a different product is required, please return the original item (following the return policy) and place a new order for the desired product.
