Additionally, this blue PVC conveyor belt features a durable conveying surface with a thickness of 0.8 mm and a specialised GL surface finish, which provides excellent grip and smooth material handling. Furthermore, the belt is constructed with a rigid 2-ply fabric and a blue PVC running side, ensuring consistent performance and longevity. Moreover, its total thickness is 3.20 mm, and it has a hardness of 65° Shore A, making it resistant to wear and tear. Therefore, this high-performance design ensures reliable and efficient material handling.

Specialised Features and Applications

Firstly, this blue PVC conveyor belting is particularly suitable for applications requiring compliance with stringent safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, it operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C and has a minimum pulley diameter of 60 mm. Moreover, it is designed for use on slider beds, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. However, it is not suitable for rolling support applications, nor is it applicable as a curved belt.
